Preparing your House for Inspection

Help us help you! To ensure you get the most out of your inspection there are a few small things you can do to prepare your house or building before our inspection:

• Move cars out of garages and heavy objects away from walls
• Make sure all the areas needing to be inspected are accessible (roof space, sub-floor, garages and electricity boxes), and leave keys out for all locked areas to be inspected 
• If you have existing plans or council approvals, please supply these also so that we have a comprehensive picture
